Metrum Institute's Bill Gillespie will be teaching a workshop, Getting Started with Bayesian PK-PD Modeling, at this year's ACoP. The workshop description is as follows:
This introductory course covers the basics of Bayesian modeling theory and the use of WinBUGS for PK-PD applications, including: running WinBUGS from R, nonlinear mixed effects models for PK and PD endpoints, population PK, BQL data, and the new BUGSModelLibrary for PKPD applications.
